What you'll want to know

What does our school need to do?

Very little. Tell us about your school so we can design its box, then let families know it's available. You see the design and the film first, and nothing goes out without your approval.

How are families offered it?

Through your school, in the way you normally write to families. Each family chooses for itself, and no family has to take part. They can pay in instalments, and there's a simpler edition and add-ons.

How are consent and data handled?

We work within your safeguarding policies and respect every consent and photo preference. If a family has opted out at school, we don't include their child. Personal data is handled under UK GDPR, and a written agreement with your school sets out who is responsible for it and how it is protected.

When do families order, and when does it arrive?

We agree the dates with each school, around its leavers' calendar. [Order and delivery dates to be confirmed]
